I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor registered with Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). I hold a Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Professional (CVRP) designation with the College of Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals.  I have a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of British Columbia and Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Biological Anthropology from the University of Toronto.  


My focused areas include career, anxiety, and confidence/performance issues.  To meet each client's unique needs, I use different therapeutic techniques based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction, and Motivational Interviewing.  For career counselling service, career/vocational assessment tools are used to assist with career exploration and return to work planning.
