I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor registered with Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). I hold a Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Professional (CVRP) designation with the College of Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals.  I have a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of British Columbia and Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Biological Anthropology from the University of Toronto.  

 

My focused areas include career, anxiety, confidence, and relationships.  To meet each client's unique needs, I use different therapeutic techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.  For career counselling service, multiple vocational assessments are administered to assist with career exploration and return to work planning.
